The cracker situation in this country is unbelievable. There aren't any! I don't know what they use, but it certainly is not crackers. They have things like miniature pieces of hard bread in the bread section, candy section, and baking section but none are the right thing. So! Just about every recipe has changes and substitues... And the pumpkin pie is now SUCH a long shot that Vic is participating and making an apple pie for us.
And Happy Birthday to Papa Tut today.
And I got my first package (so the address works). Horray.
